Not from the command line, but two analog phones will work ... assume that
your card is in slot 0, so your ports are:

voice-port 0/0
!
voice-port 0/1
!

now design two dial-peers that point from one to another:

dial-peer voice 1 pots
 destination-pattern 111 <-- this is your phone number
 port 0/0

dial-peer voice 2 pots
 destination-pattern 222
 port 0/1

may not be what you're wanting ... NetMeeting is more involved, but this'll
start you on the way ... HTH

Here is the situation I have one FXS card in one of my routers. Is there a
way to Dial a FXS port from the command line in the Cisco IOS. Not sure if I
am saying this right but I hope someone understands what I mean.
