I am unable to get to ISIS routers to form an adjacency over a Sub-interface
point-to-point circuit.

A debug ISIS Adj produces the following output

Router 3

*Mar 1 01:30:14.827: ISIS-Adj: Rec serial IIH from DLCI 103 (Serial0.1),
cir ty
pe L1L2, cir id 00
*Mar 1 01:30:14.827: ISIS-Adj: Improperly formatted serial IIH

Router 4

01:02:18: ISIS-Adj: Rec serial IIH from DLCI 106 (Serial0.1), cir type L1L2,

01:02:18: ISIS-Adj: Improperly formatted serial IIH

I can't find any documentation on this anywhere.

Does anyone know what is keeping these to router from forming and adjacency?
