Mike,
So with GTS/FRTS, you just control the volume of the
traffic, and with CAR you will have the ability to do
something with the traffic, hope this is what you
mean.
Then my question will be whether there is something
different internally? I would imagine that CAR is not
based on GTS plus some policy function, right?
