Hi Scott,
You mentioned that r5's table shows the routes from IGRP but does the
OSPF routes show up on r3?
Possible your OSPF to IGRP redistribution is dodgy.
Otherwise do you have any access-lists for any icmp types and try
setting 'debug ip icmp' both ends and see who see's or send what.
