Ditch the 1750s - you've first got to find the used ones shipped with voice
DSPs - if not its a rather expensive upgrade, and despite having a 10/100
these aren't ISL capable. What's worse is the mini-flash used on the 1700s
are almost impossible to find used... I did some serious calculations and
almost immediately the 2600s seemed a much better choice for doing voice.
And don't forget to budget for WICs - don't see those in the list either.

The 5113 if I remember is 100/FE only module, which means you can't plug
90+% of your router Ethernet modules into it... get the 5213A or 5203 (like
5213A, but capable of Fast Etherchannel as well). 5540 is a Sup _IIG_!!! -
that's good enough to blow the whole budget sky high... and I haven't seen
them available used - maybe a Sup III/NFFC2 - but even those usually run $3K
on up!

A 4000 is probably a better choice for Frame switching than a 2520/2521, but
a 2522/2523 is my favorite - it has 'dual' uses, Frame switching, and one of
your routers with ISDN, 2 serial, either TR/Eth (leaving 8 A/S for Frame
connections!). Don't buy a 4000 though - you'll want the 4000M or 4500 for
flash upgradability.

Problems I see with this list - too few routers, NO ISDN!!!... too much
money to be spent on switches... ISDN should come before the switch ever
does in any shape/size/form unless its a dirt cheap used switch.

Regards,
Adrian
