There is no such thing as ROMMON on new routers. For TFTP download first set
your variables like below.
First type "set"
It will tell you the syntex of variables.
Then define them,
IPADDRESS: 192.168.100.1
SUBNET: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
After you are done with setting all of them up, type "tftpdnld" and watch
your image being flashed.
