The better way for the LAB (Because you can't use static) is:

1) Redistribute IGRP on OSPF
2) Show ip ospf database to verify that ospf learned the route 133.2.10.0 as an
external route
3) Use a summary-address 133.2.10.0/24 on ospf process
4) Redistribute ospf on IGRP
