In your case, if the port is 100Mbps, 30% of it will
be 3750000 **bytes**, since your average packet size
is 758 bytes, you will have 3750000/758 = 4947
packets/sec. (approx) This is what you will set on the
port. The calaculation will change if you have 10Mbps
port.
