I believe you will need to be told the nsap address of the arp-server if you
are not configuring it on another router yourself. However, if you are
configuring the arp server just try a "sho lane default address". It will show
you the nsap even if you are not using lane. ilmi pulls it into the router.
You can then use the first part of the nsap for your arp servers nsap address.
