Patch Panel layout for homelab

I would like to lessen the clutter in my home lab by adding a patch panel or
two. Is there any information around about how the CCIE lab is layed out? If
possible I would like to setup my patch panels in a similar way as the CCIE
lab. If not, any good setups, photos, or diagrams would be appreciated.
