Hi,
You can't use more than 75% of the interface bandwidth for RSVP. try just
ip rsvp bandw (don't assign any bw value. it takes the default, 75%)
i played with static rsvp but forgot now. yu need to use rsvp host command
to make the router initiate reserv req.
