TCP Port number for multicast pim

Hello I am trying to create a priority list to put ip multicast pim in
the highest queue.

The router I have is running 11.2 and does not recognize:

priority-list 1 protocol ip high tcp pim-auto-rp

Does any one know what is the port for pim?

Is there a way to save a config to an older IOS version? Like to get a
12.0 router to create a 11.2 config? If there is what is it?
