Wrap up - bootcamp lab 3

It's been a long day, but an interesting one. Despite having two children
home sick today I was able to get quite a bit done.

I already spoke about bootcamp lab 1 earlier.

I have not finished lab 3, but I gotta work tomorrow. However, I will say
that this one was interesting as well. Time is a key for all of these labs.
I had intended to do a lot of the reading and diagramming before my rack
time came up. It did not work out that way. That said, it has been a great
learning experience for the following reasons:

1) seeing the way someone else sets up a rack, and having to deal with it,
helps get me out of complacency. I don't expect that my Lab rack will be
much like the way I do things here.

2) The detail in the bootcamp labs certainly makes one stop and consider.

3) Just the sheer number of things that have to be done in order to complete
a bootcamp lab helps one understand the need for discipline and purpose.

This one - the redistribution went ok. I see that I need to learn to plan
better. It would have been nice if I had designed the routing domains such
that I could easily summarize between them. It also would have been nice if
I had gotten to the IPX part, because I find I am way rusty on that. Haven't
done IPX in anger in a couple of years now.

All in all, a lot learned. I need more practice in reading through the labs,
in converting that reading into diagrams and documentation. I need more
practice spotting the issues. Most importantly, I need more practice in
thinking beyond the obvious.

Another time, friends.
