Use this under OSPF process:
summary-address 199.172.1.0 255.255.254.0 ---(this
will actually match all odd numbers, 3rd octet i.e
1,3,5,7 routes)
This will take care of 199.172.1.0 and 3.0 routes and
send it as one 199.172.1.0/23 and 199.172.12.0/24 will
be advertised as-is.
