I agree - both are good for different things. Only the CCBootcamp labs
approach the level of complexity that you will see in the real thing.

But the vlabs are modular, and specific to a particular skill. If you need
to introduce yourself to a certain topic that you don't know well, then the
Vlab might just do the trick... If you want to practice everything,
soup-to-nuts, then one of the multi-protocol CCBootcamp labs it the ticket.
