 I believe you can do that if you are running 12.0(5)T or hight if I am not mis
taken. You will have to use a named method just for the line you will be perfor
ming reverse telnet on (like aux 0 for example).

If you are using aaa authen login "default"...... then that will apply to all e
xec sessions to the NAS

I believe I have a link somewhere regarding the above, I will look for it and f
