You need to have a conversation with your employer about study time. Your
value to that company will SPIKE severely once certified, and if they have
ANY plan on keeping you once you have that magic number, they should be
allowing you study time for this.
Also, the "what to do with you once your certified" is another
conversation that you NEED to have with them.
