Some o.k. labs to begin with are available free online at fatkid.com and
there are some decent labs in the book Advance IP Routing in Cisco Networks
by Terry Slatery CCIE #1026 and Bill Burton CCIE #1119 and then there are
those from NLI at cciebootcamp.com which I would recommend to everyone no
matter the cost this cert is not cheap and you can't do it on the cheap. You
or your company is spending mega bucks to get the CCIE # Marc Russell's labs
are very well know and probably more challenging in multiple area's than the
afore mentioned labs but cost $650.00. I paid for them and they are worth
every penny. I hope that helps a bit.
I wouldn't worry about the NDA so much with basic common public information
like this....

According to Cisco,

The lab is changing in a little over 2 weeks. I don't know that you want
our input for that reason alone.
And...I know you aren't asking this in reality, but for me, it would be
HARD to recommend "good" labs without throwing my NDA out the window.
