Michael,
I beleive with routers that just have ibgp neighbors, you would just add the
"bgp confederation identifier 200".

When using BGP Confederations, I know to use the
following commands:
router bgp 100
bgp confederation identifier 200
bgp confederation peers 110 120 130
My question is: Do I use the above statements on
routers that only have IBGP peers?
