RSVP is currently incompatible with Frame-relay traffic shaping. They cannot
be run simulaaneously.

Thanks. I'm more confused now than ever. My orig reference spoke to the
frame-relay fair queue command but apparently what was really needed was
fair-queue as it applies to rsvp specifically.
Frame-relay fair queue has the configurable parms
congestive_discard_threshold, number_dynamic_conversation_queues,
number_reservable_conversation_queues and max_buffer_size_for_fair_queues.
