Just checked my configurations on the lab I was speaking about. I used frame
relay subinterfaces configured as multipoint, and ospf network type
broadcast ( with the frame-relay interface-dlci command in place.
Again, my apologies for the mis-direction. But thanks for bringing this up,
as I see there is one aspect I still need to look into.

Chuck,
the subinterface is multipoint and has "ip ospf network
point-to-multipoint" configured on it.
