FYI: The proctor at RTP said that troubleshooting would be modified in the
very near future. In the new method, candidates are given trouble tickets
and will have to download configs onto thier routers, then troubleshoot
according to their trouble tickets.

I didn't see anything on Cisco's web site stating they will be changing the
labs after Jan. 1st. Can you provide a url or other source?
