I think that the key is whether or not topology changes are allowed to bring
the line up as a general rule. If topology changes are allowed then demand
circuit is a good choice, but if your told that NOTHING should bring the
line up except an outage stick with the other options.

What requirements will make you prefer OSPF on demand over the other ISDN
features like DDR, backup interface. I know that using on demand keeps ISDN
quiet with adjacencies remaining intact but then even if we use a backup
interface command the adjacencies will form once the link goes up ... right
?
If someone could recommed a general strategy for tackling ISDN then it would
be really nice.
