Summary address is only to summarize routes redistributed
into OSPF. While this does get the summarized route into
IGRP - it also creates OSPF E2 type routes back into the OSPF domain - very
messy. Atleast that
is what happened when I tried to use this technique.
Either default route or static route to null 0 is the best for this situation.
