Nah, that doesn't work.
Fooled a little bit with ip mrm configs.
As I said, the deb ip mpack 224.0.0.10 does not show eigrp activity either.
Don't want to make this a big thing. I'll do some more reading and check
again another time.

Anyway, as I was saying adjust the min/max values to 3
and 4 seconds. You can check these values by doing a
'show ip irdp'.

Ethernet0 has router discovery enabled
Advertisements will occur between every 3 and 600
seconds.
Advertisements are sent with multicasts.
Advertisements are valid for 1800 seconds.
Default preference will be 0.
