I would use neighbor timers command to change keepalive and hold periods to
a long time. This will keep the ISDN line quiet for a longer time as well as
keeping BGP connectivity. You also should set the idle timer long enough for
BGP to exchange informations between neighbors. I believe the default
setting which is two minutes can work well.
Any other solutions anyone? Please?
