If you are not sure check with the proctor. I know from a few shots at the
lab, with different proctors they all seem to have different rules on loop
backs, not only if they are needed, but they should be included in routing
protocols. Most of the practice labs I have seen, all start with some kind
of statement that says "when you are done all interfaces must be reachable
from all other interfaces" this would include loop backs.

I have worked on a number of labs that do not specify that you add a
loopback address to a specific router. Does anyone know if you'd lose
points for configuring a loopback if the lab didn't specify to (or not to)?
