Haven't seen this in a lab situation. In real life, it's typically an ISDN
cause code meaning that the called number can't handle the call type. For
example, an ISDN data call to a POTS voice telephone, or a voice call to
an ISDN line provisioned as data only. May also occur if you have the data
speed locked at 64K and the circuit isn't end-to-end clear channel.
Make sure you're dialing the right number, and try it at 56K.
