It is my understanding that DDR dialer watch is a feature that affords DDR
the ability to track and trigger backup for specific routes in the routing
table for IP IGRP or EIGRP only. BGP has the same functionality built in,
the conditional advertisement feature. OSPF has on demand circuit.
