1) Adjust routing protocol costs / metrics so they are
higher then Frame relay interface
2) Dialer-watch (11.3+). However, I've read mixed
documentation that this works with only Distance
Vector protocols and the original documents I read say
its routing-protocol independent. When I used it
awhile back I believe I did it w/OSPF with no problems
but it did take a little longer to kick in. This is
because it doesn't kick in until the route ages from
the table from my experience so far.
