Placing Ads in newspapers for CCIE Study groups

Is there any restriction in placing ads in newspapers to form study
groups (not that there is anything wrong with this one - just that a
physical
group is also beneficial in addition to this one for hands-on experience)?

The ad would read "Study Group at placename" for Cisco CCIE candidates.
No fees just knowledge share. Must have attempted Lab or Written
Exam....etc"

The fact that I used the Cisco name - don't want to be in violation or
anything
before this ad gets printed.
