There are 3 types of callback.
1. PPP - uses the authenticated username to identify callback number
2. ISDN CLI (calling line identifier) callback. This uses a match on the
incoming q.931 calling number to select the callback (isdn caller 123
callback) and is only available from ver 12.0
3. Async callback which can use PPP or ARAP callback.
