I have had some problems connecting my Cat 3920 to a 4000 router TR
interface. I saw from someone's earlier posting that it might be a
FLP auto-sync problem of the duplex on the link. Does anybody know
how to change this in the 3920? I poked around the port config menu,
but there doesn't seem to be any option for it, and its not really
mentioned in the documentation CD. Any other thought about what the
