why I cannot ping multicast address from spoke to spoke in Frame-Relay

Hi all,
        I have configured one spoke as a multicast RP and the other spoke's
loopback0 as igmp join and the hub is map agent!
why I cannot ping multicast address from spoke to spoke in Frame-Relay?

             R2 (igmp-join 224.6.6.6)
            /
           /
          /
R1<-----{
(map \
agaent) \
            \ R3 (send auto-RP use lo0 address)

R1 use physical interface connected to R2 and R3
R1 and R2, R3 are in the same subnet and R1 and R3, R2 use ip pim nbma-mode
R2(rp) can not ping R2 multicast address 224.6.6.6
