If that's what I had, I would have gone for the ISDN simulator. However in
my particular case ISDN is not a cost effective solution.

Most folks have been buying a couple of cheap 2503/2504 combinations. They
get the ethernet and token ring to play with with the ISDN S/T interfaces.
This way they only need to purchase some NT1's from ebay or adtran for about
$100.00.

Like lots Of folks I have 2513's and 2514's in my lab. I have a 2621, but I
don't a have a Serial module ($$$$)
Yes, the cheapest teltone ISDN box is about $1850.00 But after you add in
the ISDN DTE hardware (a couple of BRI WICs and network modules with serial
ports or a couple of 2500 series boxes with ISDN and serial in 'em) you're
easily up to 4k.

You can purchase a Teltone ISDN Simulator for around $1850.00 brand new.
The simulator will take care of ISDN and 56K analog simulation too.
Let me know if you more details.

Tony,
I'm assuming your looking for a cost effective lab DDR setup. if not, Just
delete and move on ;-)
Do a search on ebay for teltone. you can pick up a used POTS simulator for
dirt cheap (1 talk path under 100 bucks, @200 bucks for two talk paths).
I looked at the cost of an ISDN simuator and the BRI modules (it was like 4
grand total!!) and decided that AUX ports with a POTS simuator and modems
would get the job done (hehe AUX ports and Sportsters, the poor man's dial
backup).
To brush up on my ISDN troubleshooting skills I figure I'll just rent some
time on someone else'e rack, or leech some time on the rack at the local
Cisco sales office (sure, I'll check out whatever newly aquired product line
your pimping this week, just gimme a few hours on the rack dude).
