OSPF on demand circuit

Hi All,
I configured ospf on demand circuit at one side of the isdn link. I can see
the ospf hello is suppressed when the isdn link is up. However, after the
link goes down in 60 secs (idle-timer), the dialer interface immediately
sends out several packets to 224.0.0.5 and therefore bring the link back up
again. So the isdn link is always up.

Anyone knows why this happens?
