OSPF route ib database, not in table

       Frame relay hub and spoke. NON broadcast, neighbors defined. Hub
   is DR. LIfe is good. Routes exchanged between all areas connected to
   area 0. Configure virtual circuit from one spoke to hub. Virtual link
   is up on both sides. Partitioned network is in OSPF database, but NOT
   in table.
       Change OSPF network type on hub/spokes to Point-to-Mutlipoint,
   virtual link comes up again and route is in table.
       I'm searching Doyle's book, but am looking for some insight on
   this.
