Make sure there is a jumper on the CSC3 or CSC4 card at the far right
hand side.
This is the 0 position. There should be another jumper on number 8. This
is your
console baud rate. The far right jumper means boot from config. If the
jumper is not on 0, but on 15 you could be in password recovery mode,
but you would have went to rommon first.
    You could also have a flash memory board (optional) that could have
went south.
