The AGS+ is hardware-jumpered unlike newer Cisco routers.

If you pull out the CSC, you should see the config register
jumpers on the top front of the board (right next to the
console connector). The MSB is the one to the left, and you
should clear bit 15 to make the box read the config from
NVRAM, IIRC.

... But it's been a while since I last touched an AGS+, so
you should check the hardware docs. They're propably still
on CCO.
