Does any body know are there any issues with Configuring NAT in both
directions and running the outside interface on a Frame Relay
Interface.
I can see the translations taken correctly, in and out. But the return
packets (after being translated correctly) are not making it over the
Frame Relay interface, I can see no map entries when debugging frame
packet. The Frame Circuit is point to point PVC, and the dynamic map
entry for the remote IP is in the frame inarp-cache. I do not
understand the no map messages. If I put in a manual map entry for the
the destination translation it works...........!!!!!!!!
Anyone any experience with this.......I will try the configs out on
Ethernet in the Lab later, but just wondered is there something
obvious.
On the Cisco NAT FAQ, it mentions there are no issues over frame on
inbound translations, thats all it says ???????
