The lab in Sao Paulo, Brazil is like any other labs worldwide, as statistics an
d exams. Regarding the patching, candidates are required to do their own patchi
ng according to the exam topology given to them. Troubleshooting for now works
by inserting faults on the topology the candidate just left when he/she leaves
the lab after Day2-morning. Regards,
