SNAPSHOT routing ( defining uninteresting traffic )

I have two questions regarding ISDN SNAPSHOT with RIP

I have following situation:

Two routers are connected through ISDN

e0--(R1)-bri0-------------bri0-(R2)--e 0

I want to configure the above ckt for snapshot routing,
with r1 always originating. R2 should not originate any call.

I have two questions reagarding this scenario:

1)Is it necessary to define RIP as uninteresting in SNapshot routing ???
what if i did not configure RIP as uninteresting ???
2) I am unable to make snapshot circuit running without putting dialer string
in the map statement at both side. I want only R1 should originate call. How
can I do that???

Any feedback is appreciated
