Traffic shape on eth

Dear gentleman,

Could someone explain the following command to me

 traffic-shape group 150 1500000 36000 36000 1000

I know that I will shape traffic defined by access-list 150 to a max of
1.5Mb
if I want to disable the burst size would I have to use the following
command ?

 traffic-shape group 150 1500000 1500000 1500000 1000

Or am I missing the point ?
