Matt, you need to specify the LECS also. The LECS tells any clients who
there respective LES/BUS is from its database. You can have the switch
announce the LECS either with a "well know address" or with an address you
configure. Or tell the client explicitly where the LECS is, which is what
you want to do.
"lane global-lecs-address address" is the command I believe.
