You maybe right I don't know. I have never tried configuring Framerelay SVC.
I don't believe the routers can simulate a FrameSwitch to do SVC's so I don't
know how this could be tested.

   I am not going to loss a lot of sleep trying to get it to work. There are a
lot
of other things I need to practice on.
