IGRP along with EIGRP does not understand quad zeros, 0.0.0.0
To inject a default route into igrp you must use the global command ip
default-network x.x.x.x
Where x.x.x.x is a classful address outside your classful network. In you
case you could use a loopback say on router 3 (150.150.3.3)Put this address
into OSPF on router3. At router 2 use the global command 'ip default-network
150.150.0.0'
You should have a gateway of last resort now on router1.
