Here's an example from my terminal server where I am doing the exact same
thing. You might want to look at the following URL as well to see where
this stuff came from:

privilege exec level 1 clear line
privilege exec level 1 clear

Is there a way allow some1 to use "clear line" command without giving them
the enable password.
any pointers/configs be appreciated.
