I dont know if every one uses this or not but I'll pass it on anyway.

IP address.
This will help you out no end. If they ask for a /22 mask as your largest mask
then do this

right down all your ranges based on a /22 mask for example

145.5.X.X

1st range 145.5.0.0 - 145.5.3.255
2nd range 145.5.4.0 - 145.5.7.255
3rd range 145.5.8.0 - 145.5.11.255
4th range 145.5.12.0 - 145.5.15.255
5th range 145.5.16.0 - 145.5.19.255
etc etc etc

Then even if you have to use a /30 use one of your /22 ranges but use the corre
ct mask obviously (yes use the whole range you will have more than enougth addr
ess for your whole network). Then throw that full /22 range out and dont go bac
k to it.
That way you will never have a problem with address clashes within your network
(redustribution into classfull etc and also summarisation).

Thanks to Todd who passed this gem on to me.
