Harbir,
Look at the network statement closely on RTD. There is a network statement
for 192.168.10.0
Your Tokenring interface has an IP of 192.68.10.0, I think you are trying to
advertise this route to RTF, so it's just a typo, 168 instead of the correct
address of 68.
Just change the network statement on RTD to 'network 192.68.10.0' and you
should be ok.
Since your running the default of 'sync' with your bgp process bgp will not
install a route that is not in your IGP first, and since it can't install
the route to the routing table it certainly won't advertise it.

I have 2 routers connected back-to-back and Router F is in AS 3 and the
other Router D is in AS 2. The router in AS 2 has a network command, but
