Are you also doing
neighbor 138.7.2.254 send-community
??
BGP won't attach any communities until you tell it to set the attribute...

Subject: bgp community
I am sending a community to my neighbor but I am not seeing the community
with a sh ip bgp community at the neighbor.
I have two routers that are neighbored. One in AS7 and the other in AS 25
I have a route-map that matches on all addresses and set the community to
no-export.
When I go to the neighbor and do a sho ip bgp community I cannot see
anything.
access-list 35 permit any
route-map setcomm permit 10
match ip address 35
set community no-export
router bgp 7
neighbor 138.7.2.254 route-map setcomm out
Any ideas?
